SUMMARY

AtomInvest's smart forms feature handles the e-subscription and onboarding flow that investors and fund managers use to complete KYC, legal documents and e-signatures. The original experience relied on modals, investors had no progress visibility, corrections happened over email, and fund managers spent hours chasing submissions. I redesigned the entire flow end-to-end: a full-page three-panel layout with a persistent progress sidebar, inline form, and a live comments thread that made collaboration native to the product rather than bolted on.

Corrections and queries were happening over email because the comments panel was hidden. Move it inline so fund managers and investors work in the same space.

The tasks dashboard needed to show the status of every investor's onboarding at a glance without opening a single modal.
